 What kind of food do they serve at the Ali'i Luau?

  • Poi - meant to be eaten with salted meats
  • Poke - Tahitian-style, marinated with citrus & coconut milk
  • Lomi Lomi Salmon - salmon with tomato and onion
  • Pipi Kaula - Hawaiian beef jerky.  Dip it into your poi!
  • Kalua pua'a - Roast pork cooked underground until tender.
  • Teriyaki Chicken - a local favorite
  • Chicken Long Rice: chicken with yummy clear noodles
  • Breaded, fried fish - mild, served with tartar sauce
  • Hawaiian sweet potatoes - ours are purple, not orange!
  • Salads: tossed green, spinach, ambrosia, cucumber
